ASBESTOS TRAINING
The Asbestos Hazards for Construction course provides basic asbestos training in accordance with OSHA standards for construction and WAC 296-62 to keep workers safe and help stay compliant with all relevant State and Federal regulations. Upon completion of the course, participants will be prepared to recognize and avoid asbestos hazards. Additionally, they will understand how to take appropriate measures to reduce their risk while working on construction sites
LEAD TRAINING
Lead Hazards for Construction course is an intermediate-level training offering safety tips, as well as essential requirements regarding mitigating lead exposure risk within the construction industry. Participants will learn the best work practices to avoid lead exposure, as well as necessary assessments, limits, action levels, and controls. Throughout this training, participants will learn how to identify lead in the workplace, as well as which control methods should be used to avoid exposure and mitigate risk. This intermediate-level course follows OSHA’s regulations regarding lead hazards for the prevention of harmful lead exposure and WAC 296-155-176.
SILICA TRAINING
The Respirable Crystalline Silica Awareness for Construction course is an introductory-level safety course in which participants will learn the basics about silica and respirable crystalline silica dust that may be encountered on the construction sites. The course is designed to identify the basic health hazards associated with potential exposure, some of the common construction tasks that might result in exposure to respirable crystalline, and typical control/management measures that employers might implement to protect works from potential exposure.
