First Aid/CPR/AED Training Course

The First Aid, CPR and AED Training is a 4-hour course designed to teach and give knowledge to be proficient in Adult First Aid, CPR, and the use of an AED. These classes are a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 14 individuals.

We offer this course in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect during this course

During this training course, participants learn how to assess medical emergencies, perform CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and provide basic first aid for injuries such as burns, wounds, and fractures. The course includes hands-on practice with mannequins, demonstrations of life-saving techniques, and guidance on responding to real-world emergencies until professional medical help arrives.

Anyone can benefit from this training, including employees, teachers, parents, and caregivers, as it equips individuals with life-saving skills to respond to emergencies.

Most certifications are valid for two years, after which a refresher course or recertification is required to stay up to date with current guidelines.

No prior medical experience is needed—the course is designed for beginners and includes step-by-step instructions and hands-on practice to ensure participants feel confident in emergency situations.
We offer many Risk Management and Safety Training services. When you're ready, we're here.
Our clients are treated as if we are one of their employees, our goal is customer satisfaction and truly affecting cultural change within a company.
